All our products are covered by a two-year limited warranty

This period is normally limited to two (2) years from the date of the consumer's purchase of the Product ("Warranty Period"), unless otherwise stated. Products or parts with a limited lifetime or stability may have a shorter warranty period. This will be stated in the product description and/or manual. The date of purchase must be verified by a valid proof of purchase (tax or sales receipt) and the product registration form.

Warranty coverage does cover damage caused by improper use, improper maintenance, neglect, unauthorised repair, alteration, accident, fire, casualty or normal wear and tear. Cosmetic damage such as scratches, nicks and fraying is not covered under warranty unless the product is new and in its original packaging.

Warranty claims will only be accepted if the defective product is returned together with the Warranty Certificate duly completed and signed by the authorised DYNAMICNORD dealer and accompanied by valid proof of purchase (tax or sales receipt) showing the date of purchase. DYNAMICNORD reserves the right to refuse the free of charge service if the required documentation cannot be provided or if the information is incomplete, illegible or incorrect.

DYNAMICNORD declines any responsibility for consequential damage. Any repaired or replaced product (or part) will not extend the original warranty beyond two (2) years from the original date of purchase.

DYNAMICNORD will refuse warranty service if the product has not been purchased from an authorised DYNAMICNORD dealer as listed herein or has not been properly registered through the product registration process.

Defects or damage resulting from defects in materials or workmanship are covered by the DYNAMICNORD warranty system.

Exceptions

  • Defects or damage caused by lack of maintenance, incorrect maintenance or negligence
  • Defects or damage caused by heavy, unusual or incorrect use
  • Defects or damage caused by cleaning agents or other substances containing aggressive chemicals
  • Defects or damage known or apparent at the time of purchase of the product
  • Defects or damage caused by improper assembly of components
  • Defects or damage caused by prolonged use of the product in chlorinated or polluted water
  • Defects or damage caused by exposing the product to excessive temperatures, fire or prolonged exposure to sunlight

Product Registration
