All our products have a two-year limited warranty
In countries that have different legal regulations, DYNAMICNORD will apply the national regulations in force. DYNAMICNORD warrants to the original purchaser for a period from the date of purchase that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship, if it receives normal use, proper care, and prescribed dealer service.
Usually this period is limited to a period of two (2) years from the date of consumer’s purchase of the Product (“Warranty Period”) unless otherwise specified. Products or parts with limited lifetime or limited stability may have a reduced warranty time. This will be mentioned in the product description and/or manual. The purchase date must be verified by a valid sales document (tax receipt or sales receipt) and the product registration form.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by improper use, improper maintenance, neglect, unauthorized repairs, modifications, accidents, fire, casualty, or normal wear. Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks, and fraying are not covered under warranty except when the product is new, out of the original packaging.
Warranty claims are only accepted upon return of the defective product along with the warranty certificate completed in full and signed by the Authorized DYNAMICNORD dealer, and accompanied by a valid sales document (tax receipt or sales receipt) showing the date of purchase. DYNAMICNORD reserves the right to refuse free service if the required documentation cannot be provided or if information is incomplete, illegible, or incorrect.
DYNAMICNORD rejects the payment of causally incurred consequential damages. Any repaired or replaced product (or part) does not extend the original warranty beyond the period of two (2) years from original date of purchase.
DYNAMICNORD will refuse warranty service if the product was not purchased from an authorized DYNAMICNORD dealer as listed here, or not registered properly through product registration.
Defects or damages resulting from a failure in material or workmanship are covered by the DYNAMICNORD Warranty system.
Exceptions
- Defects or damages caused by lack of or incorrect maintenance, or through negligence
- Defects or damage caused by heavy, unusual, or incorrect use
- Defects or damages caused by cleaning materials or other substances containing aggressive chemicals
- Defects or damages known or evident at the time of purchase of the product
- Defects or damages caused by improper assembly of the components
- Defects or damages caused by prolonged use of the product in chlorinated or polluted water
- Defects or damages caused by exposing the product to excessive temperatures, fire, or prolonged exposure to sunlight
